(S-12)

A program called XSS-12 (which was not an official MDS designation) was tentatively planned in the early 2000's by the Air Force Research Lab as a follow-up to the XSS-10 and XSS-11 micro-satellites. However, no recent information can be found on the program, and if it was ever started in earnest (which is far from certain), it might well be dead by now. Nevertheless, the S-12 slot in the S-for-Satellite series was skipped to avoid confusion with XSS-12.
